The Bluestar Exchange: what you agree to when you use the platform.
What Bluestar is
The Bluestar Exchange is a free platform connecting verified IT departments and organisations to transfer surplus workplace equipment. We connect you with other organisations. We are not a party to any transfer and we don't handle, transport, or guarantee any equipment.
What you agree to
By using The Bluestar Exchange you agree to: represent your organisation honestly with accurate details; only list equipment your organisation owns and has the right to give away; describe items accurately including condition, faults, and whether data has been wiped; treat other organisations with honesty and respect; not list stolen equipment; not use the platform for commercial resale or profit.
Our responsibility
The Bluestar Exchange provides the platform. We are not responsible for the condition of listed items, whether data has been properly wiped, damage during transfer, or disputes between organisations. Any transfer is solely between the two organisations involved.
Accounts
We may suspend or terminate your account for serious breach of these terms, providing false information, or misuse of the platform. We will give you notice and a reason except in cases of serious breach.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will email you if anything material changes.
