Privacy at Bluestar
We built Bluestar to help IT teams move surplus hardware, not to collect your data.
What we collect
Your name, work email address, and organisation details (name, domain, description, website, industry, size, contact details, and office locations) that you choose to provide. Messages you send to other organisations on the platform are also stored.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data. We don't advertise to you. We don't track you across the web. We have no analytics or tracking tools installed.
Who sees your data
Only verified organisations on Bluestar can see your listings and profile. Messages are private between the two organisations involved.
Third parties
We use Resend to send you email notifications, and Clearbit to display your organisation's logo (we only share your domain name, nothing else). Your data is currently stored on servers in Seoul, South Korea via Supabase. We are working toward migrating to Australian-hosted servers.
Your rights
You can update or delete your information at any time from Settings. To request full deletion of your account and data, email contact@bluestarexchange.com.
