Sidebar & thread selector polish

• Message thread selector now matches the sidebar's visual language with a glowing blue border on the selected thread, a matching hover state, and a frosted glass fill.
• Sidebar nav hover refined to text-only brightening in light blue, no background fill.
• Sidebar nav selection animates with a flash glow pulse when switching pages.
• Settings page header now loads immediately instead of waiting for data.

Collection dockets

• Propose a pickup time directly inside a message thread with a date, time window, location, and optional note.
• The other organisation can accept, counter with different details, or decline.
• Accepted dockets show a signed-off confirmation with the name of the person who approved it and their organisation.
• Countered dockets open a new pre-filled form so you can negotiate without starting from scratch.
• Dockets appear inline in the conversation as frosted glass tickets with a perforated tear edge.

Messages polish

• The message thread selector now uses a sliding glass overlay to highlight the active conversation.
• Archiving moved to a right-click context menu, freeing up space in the thread list and preventing accidental archiving.
• Message bubbles refined with improved padding and visual balance.
• The in-thread scrollbar no longer overlaps message content.
• Unread message count badge is now properly centred.
• Hovering over conversation threads shows a subtle frosted preview.
• Removed the "View listing" button from the message header for a cleaner layout.
• Search icon hover simplified to a clean brightness change.
• Custom thin scrollbar for the message thread, matching the landing page style.

Sidebar and performance

• Sidebar now stays fully visible during page loads with org name, logo, navigation, and unread message badge.
• Page transitions no longer flash a full-screen overlay, the loading animation now plays inside the main content area while the sidebar remains usable.
• Browser refresh now instantly restores sidebar state instead of showing an empty shell while data loads.
